How do you determine the price for junk removal?
Our pricing is based on volume—specifically, how much space your junk takes up in our trailer (from a minimum charge up to a full load). Your quote includes all labor, hauling, and responsible disposal fees.
Is the quote you provide guaranteed?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a free, no-obligation quote on-site once we see the items in person. That price is guaranteed and will not change unless you add more items to the load. You will know the exact price before we start work.
Do I need to move the items to the curb before you arrive?
Absolutely not! We are a full-service company. You do not need to lift a finger. We offer two easy options based on your preference for convenience or savings:
1. Full-Service: We do all the work—lifting, carrying, and hauling from anywhere on your property (basement, garage, attic, yard, etc.). This is our standard service.
2. Curbside Discount: If you place the items outside at the curb or in the driveway before we arrive, you receive a discounted rate for the reduced labor.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, and Venmo with no additional fee. We also accept Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); *please note that card payments incur a small 3-4% processing fee.
